Send the track, metadata, and ownership details through the form below — title, ISRC, writers, publisher, splits, and what the evidence needs to cover.
Metadata is captured, a SHA-256 verification hash is generated over the case record, and a chain-of-custody log is opened — the record of who touched what, and when.
A printable, case-numbered evidence package — ready to attach to a sync pitch, a distributor dispute, a PRO filing, or a legal file.
No. A ClearCast evidence package documents ownership claims, metadata, and a cryptographic timestamp at the time of filing — it supports a formal registration or a dispute, it doesn't replace one. It also isn't legal advice.
Each case's metadata, splits, and evidence reference are combined into a canonical record and hashed with SHA-256. That hash is a fingerprint — if any detail in the record changes, the hash changes. It shows the record existed, unaltered, at the timestamp filed.
Independent musicians, labels, publishers, sync companies, YouTubers, and podcasters who need to document ownership — for a distributor dispute, a PRO filing, a sync pitch, or their own records.
Cases are typically filed and returned within 1–3 business days of receiving complete metadata and ownership details.
Track or project name, the artist/label of record, and what the evidence needs to cover. We'll follow up with anything else needed before filing the case.
